Orders & Cancellation Policy
Upon completion of your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be informed via sms and email about the estimated delivery time, name and phone number of the delivery driver.
GENERAL MARKET can replace, for your service, an unavailable product with a similar one of equal or higher value at no extra charge.
You will be informed about the replacement of the product upon delivery. If you do not accept the similar product; either we refund your money in cash, for already paid orders, or exclude it from the order’s total amount, for orders paid through cash on delivery.
In case of absence from the place of delivery at the selected delivery time, GENERAL MARKET will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Please note that in this case there is an additional charge of €10, payable in cash.

If for some reason you want to cancel the order you should contact the store by e-mail or at +30 26610 77153 at least 2 hours before receiving your order.
Payments
In generalmarketcorfu.gr we offer four different payment options
1. Pay with Credit/Debit Card: the transaction takes place in the secure online transcactions environment of Eurobank. No credit/debit card information is stored in our website
2. Paypal: You can pay online with your credit or debit card
3. Cash on delivery: Pay with cash when you receive your order
4. Pay at store: Pay at our physical store with cash or credit/debit card. This option is available only for orders that will be picked up from our physical store
