GENERAL MARKET can replace, for your service, an exhausted product with a similar equal or higher value at no extra charge.
You will be informed about the replacement of the product upon delivery. If you do not accept the similar product; either we refund your money in cash for the product paid for by card or you do not need to pay cash for this product.
In case of absence from the place of delivery at the selected delivery time, GENERAL MARKET will contact you to determine a new delivery time. Please note that in this case there is an additional charge of € 10.
